Darren provided detailed explanations of everything they were doing - before they did it! He also provided us with regular updates by text, phone and email during each day and often many times during a day. Darren even took time out (at no extra cost) to fix our old side-gate to make sure our dog didn't run away during construction!It was also a pleasure dealing with the back-office team including Veronica and Jamie who were always friendly and quick to answer any queries.
