When submitting your enquiry please provide your home address and a brief description of what you are looking to have done, such as a deck or a roof or a pool deck with the approximate size of the area and share with us any product you may be interested in.
When your enquiry is submitted you will receive an automated email, with product information and access to brochures that may assist you with product choice.

One of our deck designers or estimators will call you to discuss your proposed project in further detail, it will help us get a better understanding of your ideas, requirements, and the scope of work for your project.
During our conversation, we may request more information from you or request that you send through some photos with approximate measurements so we can provide you with an estimated cost of works via email.
Or if your project is more complex and difficult to explain we may request to arrange a site visit with you to run through your requirements with you in person on site
The purpose of the initial estimate is to provide you with an approximate budget of the cost and if that meets your expectations, we will then arrange a free no obligation on-site visit.
We will come out to your home with a selection of product samples and product brochures, discuss in detail your ideas, expectations and we will recommend the products & colours that will work best in your home.
We will also photo document the area with a detailed measure to assist with providing you our best, accurate, fixed-price quote.

DETAILED FIXED PRICED QUOTE
We will then email you a detailed proposal for your project.
This will a have breakdown of all costs and a complete cost summary at the end of the project along with the projected lead time from payment of deposit to commencement of works and the approximate duration of works.
We will also attach any relevant product brochures, access to photo albums and links to information that will assist you in selecting the best products for your project.
After you have had a chance to reviewing your quotes you can call or email us to run through any questions you have. Or you may need to make changes? That is not a problem, we can come back to you with an updated quote.

SHOWROOM VISIT
If you were happy in principle with your final quote and would like to come into the showroom to view and select your preferred products, let us know and we will make a private one- on-one appointment at our Alexandria showroom, which is opened by appointment only.

GET BOOKED IN!
If you wish to proceed with our proposal, please let us know and we will send you a deposit invoice for 10% of the total project amount.
You will receive a schedule of the project work and a payment schedule with milestones payment for delivery of materials, completion of framework, and completion of decking boards install.
This will help you with when payment requests will be sent through for each stage completed!

PRE-COMMENCEMENT SITE MEETING
Before your project commences, we will visit your home one more time to introduce you to your project manager. We will run through the logistics of the build, answer any questions you might have regarding the build process, and finalise your colours & finishes, decking board choice, orientation of boards etc.
If needed, we will make any necessary arrangements required prior to the project commencement such as skip bin permits, parking logistics for the team and supply vehicles, etc.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE
Your dedicated project manager will update you as the dates for your project comes closer.
He will be at hand to assist you with any questions regarding the progress of your build.
We make detailed log entries at the close of each day with photographic documentation. This process assists you if you are working away from home or if the build is at your rental property, we keep you updated daily.
All works are carried out by our full-time, uniformed employees, driving our Decking Sydney vehicles.
You will have one team from start to finish to establish familiarity and to facilitate a seamless build.

PROJECT COMPLETE – PROJECT SIGN OFF
When your project is complete, we make an appointment for you and your project manager to meet on site and review all the project elements, this is to ensure you are fully satisfied with all aspects of the build. The project sign-off form is completed on site, and your final invoice is generated. We send through your final invoice with a copy of the signed form holding details of relevant product warranty.
After your final payment is received, a project receipt of the total amount paid, a builder’s completion letter and your Decking Sydney warranty is emailed to you for your records.
