Make an online enquiry or call us on 1300433254 If you can please provide us with your home address a brief description of what you are looking to have done i.e. a deck or a roof or a pool deck and approximately the size of the area and any particular product you are interested in.
We will then send you an information pack via email with product and image brochures relating to your needs for you to review.

LET US KNOW HOW WE CAN HELP!
Our managing director Jamie Morse will call you to discuss in further detail your ideas plans and wishes for your project.
In that conversation, we may request more information from you or request that you send through some photos or approximate measurements so we can provide you with an estimated cost of works.
Or if your project is more complex we may arrange a site visit to run through your requirements with you in person.
The purpose of the estimate is to provide you with an approximate budget of the cost and if that meets your expectations then we can arrange an on-site visit.
Where we will come out to your home bring you a selection of samples and product brochures, discuss with you in further detail what you are looking to do and then measure up so that we have all of the information required to prepare you an accurate fixed-price proposal.

DETAILED FIXED PRICED PROPOSAL
We will email you a detailed proposal for your project this will a breakdown of all costs and a complete cost summary at the end of the project along with the projected lead time from payment of deposit to commencement of works and the approximate duration of works.

REVIEWING YOUR PROPOSAL
After receiving and reviewing your quotes you can either call us or email us to run through any questions you have or let us know if you would like to make any changes and then we can come back to you with an updated quote

GET BOOKED IN!
If you wish to proceed with us, we will send you a deposit invoice for 10% of the total and invite you to make an appointment to meet our GM at our showroom and select boards and colours for your deck!
You will be given a schedule of works for your project and a proposed payment schedule with milestones payment for delivery of materials, completion of framework, and completion of decking boards install.
This way you will clearly know when we will be requesting payments and at what stage of the job this will happen.

PRE-COMMENCEMENT SITE MEETING
We will come out to site with our project manager to do a pre-commencement site meeting this is where we can run through the logistics of the build answer any questions you might have regarding the build process finalise choices regarding colour finishes packing board choices etc.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE
Our dedicated project manager will update you as the dates for your commitment project comes closer.
He will be on hand to assist you with any questions you have regarding the process of the build the progress of the build.
Every day we make detailed logs at the end of the day with photographic documentation. so If you are working away from home or if it is a rental property we can keep you updated right the way through the build process.

We will invite you to meet with our project manager on site to walk through and review all aspects of the project to ensure you are fully satisfied with all elements of the build.
